Module III – The Role of a Mentor
Goal: To understand and define the different roles of the mentor.

Module IV – Personality Styles and their Effectives
Goal: To know, understand and accept the different personality styles


MONTH 3

Module V - Effective Communicative Skills
Goal: To encourage the development of trust in the mentoring relationship through effective communication.

Module VI – Conceptual Listening with a Coach Approach
Goal : To help Mentors develop active listening skills; an essential mentor/mentee relationship.


MONTH 4

Module VII - Delivering Positive Feedback
Goal : Understand the dynamics of positive and negative feedback.


MONTH 5

Module VIII – Setting the Year’s Goals for the Mentee
Goal : Mentor and mentee to create goals that focuses on personal, social, and educational areas of their lives for the year.
